Animal Policy
In consideration of all guests, Welcome Inn does not allow any animals on our property. If a guest is found with an animal on the property or housekeeping identifies signs of an animal in the motel, guests will be obligated to pay an additional $200 or more in cleaning fees and will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be allowed to return. We also do not allow guests to keep animals in vehicles in our parking lot as a courtesy to our other guests.
Smoking Policy
Welcome Inn is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms or anywhere in the building. Any guests or their visitors that are found smoking in their room and in the building (including evidence of cigarette butts, ashes, or a lingering smoke smell) will be charged an additional $200 or more in cleaning fees and will be asked to leave without refund.
